What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this Gene Keys programme?

The full six months (+ an additional month that has taken to integrate the programme) have been amazing. A true deep dive into my heart, with amazing experiences, breakthroughs and open feelings. It has been a process of entering into my shadows, allowing them to percolate into my whole being and embracing the beautiful and unexpected teachings that have unfolded and tested my capacity to love (myself and others). It has truly been one of the most remarkable times of my life, from having a new member in the family (a little red toy poodle called Luna) to appreciating the new rediscover love for tea.

In a few words, what benefit have the Gene Keys created in your life?

Being able to understand there is a heart deep down there, broken in a thousand pieces, longing to be reunited into one again.
