What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

Learning that the Shadow hold the keys to the Gifts and the Siddhis. It’s helped me look more deeply into defensive responses. I have become more aware of these protective energies that are truly no longer necessary but have been with me for many decades. It is encouraging and uplifting to know they will help me unlock higher energies and perspectives I long for.
