What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

The clarity it gave me about myself and my past. I felt that I found something to trust in, and that was my(higher)self. I’ve ‘caught’ myself multiple times during the last month where I was living out my Shadows, and I instantly changed my behavior, which has made my life a lot smoother. This teaching is deeper than anything else I’ve experienced during my seven years of self-development, and I’ve realized it’s not about developing myself, it’s about finding myself under all the beliefs, knowledge, and experiences I’ve gone through in my life.

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing this programme or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

Moving out of a victim state and trusting a higher power that guides me.
