Power of the Pause is a reflection of the two most important words I’ve received from Gene Keys, which are “Slow Down.” The only technique of the art of contemplation is to “pause” which is simple, but not always easy.

In the words of Lao Tzu: “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” Everything is accomplished in the rhythm of Divine Nature.

This small, intimate group meets twice a month to hold space in rhythm with the lunar cycle, allowing each participant to expand their inner space by slowing down to create, observe and harvest the many opportunities to pause and reflect.

I offer group attunements, prompts and embodiment practices into the group, but there is no need to add additional material to the already superabundant course materials of the Golden Path. In the spirit of deep listening and spoken truth, we will each share from our personal experience, and there will be an opportunity to receive feedback when needed from an experienced ambassador and guide and from others in the group.

Traveling the path together as a group helps awaken insights through cross-pollination where the insights one person shares opens up space for new thoughts by others in the group. The power of the pause allows us to grow and expand exponentially as a group when we lean into the balance of gentleness and spaciousness.
