All app subscription sales are final.
Because the app stores are separate from our genekeys.com shop, we cannot refund you for subscriptions.
You can cancel or rejoin at any time.
You won’t lose anything when you cancel. Take a pause and come back when you are ready to use the premium features.
Use the same email as your genekeys.com login.
This is a recommendation, but not a requirement. There will be an option to connect two accounts in the future.
The app and the website don’t connect yet.
App-only content will not be on the website, and purchased courses are not yet on the app.

1. Redeem the coupon (with annual plan).
2. Cancel the subscription and enjoy your first free month.
3. Then start the monthly or quarterly plan when you are ready
To redeem the coupon, you will be signing up for the annual plan, but you can cancel anytime during the first month if you do not want to stay subscribed.
You will still be able to use your full free month!
You can then re-subscribe at any time under the monthly plan.Â
Unfortunately, due to the store policy for the App Store, we have had to limit our coupons to ONLY work for the annual plan.
However, you can always redeem the coupon and then cancel before the annual plan renews. Effectively, giving you the first month free, and then you can renew with your preferred plan at any time.
