Please note that PayPal Pay Later (aka Pay in 3, Pay in 4, or Paypal monthly payments) are different than the Installment Plan options provided by Gene Keys
Installment Plans via Genekeys.com
- This is for those who do not have the option to use Pay Later in their region.
- This option is created as an experiment to offer some additional payment options to our community and is only available for some products
- These subscription payments are not automatic – you will need to login each month to fulfil your invoice.
- We will email you Manual Installment Invoices each month, or you can login and renew yourself anytime.
- If you do not complete an installment, your access will be placed on hold until payment is received.
- We appreciate that this feature is clunky but we aimed to provide this option even in an early beta form to support our global community with the tools available.
How to pay your monthly installment from GeneKeys.com
Option 1: Renew from Email
- Check your inbox for a Manual Renewal Notice emailed from Genekeys.com with the title “Your Subscription is Ready for Renew”
- You may need to check Spam/Junk Folder or Promotions Tab
- Click the option “Renew Subscription” link from the email
Option 2: Order History
Click here to pay your installment plans with Gene Keys from your Order History
- Choose your subscription and click “View”
- Then click “Renew Now” to make a payment
- You can pay early at any time but using the Renew Now option
Pay Later – Installments via Paypal
- Pay Later is a service provided by PayPal and is not available in all regions
- Pay Later will give you the option to to Pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments, depending on your region. Or you can sign up for monthly payments, but this may include interest.
- Pay Later is an agreement with PayPal NOT Gene Keys and we cannot provide additional support for this option. We can refund your purchase if it is within the normal 30 day refund window.

How to pay your monthly installment from Pay Later
- Your Pay Later payment should be automated by PayPal
- Please contact PayPal support if you are having any issues with your automatic payments
