Refund & Cancellation Policy for In-Person Events

Tickets are non-refundable: We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons.

Tickets are transferable: However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least seven (7) calendar days before the event with the name and contact details of the new ticket holder so we have adequate time to process the change and update our contact list. We may not process name changes related to the transfers requested within the final fourteen (14) calendar days before the event, and you, as the original ticket holder, will be responsible for communicating all event information to the new ticket holder.

Necessary or Unavoidable Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, disrupted or abandoned due to necessary or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control (including national mourning and natural catastrophe, but excluding war, civil war whether actual or threatened, nuclear risks and chemical and biological, weapons and communicable diseases), we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible and assess if the event can be rescheduled. In such cases your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date. However, no refunds will be provided.

Speaker Unavailability: If the Richard Rudd is unable to attend, the event will proceed with a qualified substitute from Gene Keys teaching team. No refunds will be provided.
