You may see the Guides Certificate generate a name based on your username, email, or strange code if you have used characters from a language other than English. If you would like to change your display name, please follow the instructions below.
If you have a name with characters from a different language, please consider changing your name to its English equivalent and printing from there. You may change your name back after generating your certificate.
To change the display name on your Guides Certificate…
- Click your profile in the top right hand menu, selecting your name / photo
- On your social profile page click “Edit Profile”
- Change your First and Last name and click “Save Changes”
- Re-generate your Guides Certificate.
