- Check your Spam / Junk folder, or the “Promotions tab” for Gmail users.
- If you find an email from Gene Keys in either of these folders, be sure to whitelist our email address. Simply click “this is not junk/spam” in your email client, or drag the email over to your Primary inbox within Gmail.
